Booking terms

1. This product is a second-confirmed product. Within X hours of 12-24, we will confirm and invoice you or notify you of the failure of the booking and a full refund. If you are booking within three days before departure, please contact us by instant contact (FB/Line) to confirm your order.

Guests must cancel seven days before the departure date to get a full refund.

3. Orders and after the order confirmation is completed, IFunvegas will provide the travel voucher carried on departure. Please store this file on your mobile phone or print it out to confirm with the driver when you get on the bus.

4. In case of unforeseen weather, traffic, natural disasters or any force majeure, the itinerary changes, delays, partial and / or total cancellation, the company will charge all or part of the fees as appropriate.

5. In case of force majeure or other factors in actual operation, the tour guide has the right to adjust the route as appropriate to ensure that the itinerary still stick as closely to the original plan as possible. However, if the trip is delayed due to other factors outside human control, the company is not responsible for any delays or losses caused by that.

6. Due to weather, traffic and other factors, time is for reference only. Guests are advised not to schedule events or flights on the same day.
7. Due to the inconvenient parking of some stations, guests are advised to arrive at the station 15 minutes in advance.
8. Fees do not include all personal expenses and meals, and do not include tips for drivers (recommended $2.00 tip per bag).
9. Please keep your personal belongings safe. Please do not leave your belongings in the car when you get on or off. In case of loss, damage, theft, etc., the bus company (CHD, Inc.) does not bear any legal and financial responsibility.

Extra Tips

Pick-up time may be delayed due to unpredictable weather, traffic, etc. If you are unable to provide a mobile number that can be reached in the U.S., please provide a phone number that can be contacted within the U.S. If the pick-up time is adjusted due to unpredictable reasons, we will contact you by SMS or by phone. If you do not provide a contact number, you will need to contact the bus company (CHD, Inc.) to confirm the final pick-up time. CHD, Inc. will not refund any money if you do not receive the SMS and miss the pick-up location/time due to missed call. If the number provided by the guest is an available number and you have not received any SMS or telephone notification, the pick-up time will be as shown on the confirmation form and will not be changed.

  1. Q: How do I know if the reservation is completed after the order is placed? A: We will send you a confirmation letter within X hours of 12-24 hours. This confirmation letter contains a travel document file as proof of purchase. Simply bring your ID to the ticketing center to pick up the ticket. If it is difficult to collect the ticket on the spot (very rare), you can use the travel voucher to see the staff, or call the emergency contact number on the voucher.
