Airport shuttle bus
In addition, the taxis in Las Vegas are famous for their recklessness. The general driver quality is much worse than the Uber/Lyft. Then again, they will ask for a tip of about 10-15%. We generally strongly recommend not taking a taxi.
A lot of people will ask: Do you need to rent a car to Las Vegas?
Generally, the advice we provide is not used.
However, if you would like to recommend a car rental in the following situations:
- Would like to leave the boulevard to eat, eat in the nearby Chinatown to find cheap and delicious restaurants, local Chinese often come to eat near Chinatown.
- Would like to drive to the nearby Hoover Dam (about 45-50 minutes), Red Rock Canyon (about 25-30 minutes)
- Would like to go shopping in Outlet, north of Las Vegas
Simple car, rent starts from US$30~40 per day. Usually after the insurance and other expenses are added, it is about US$ 50. Of course, the more expensive the car, the more expensive it will be. If the rental period is up to a week, some may be cheaper.
After arriving on the Las Vegas Strip, it is not a small expense to go shopping at the nearby Outlet, or from the northernmost to the south of the street.
Advantages, comfortable and economic freedom; shortcomings need to find their own way to drive yourself.
